Mary Padian, an American reality television star and businesswoman is most well-known as the host and owner the Mary's Finds' online store. She also starred in Storage Wars Texas. Mary Padian has been called by some in the media as The Junkyard Queen, or even the Junkster. Her antique collections come from estate sales auctions and self-storage units. Mary's journey to fame began when she completed her education as a journalist at Architectural Digest, under the directorship of Paige Rense. Then in her later years Mary discovered her own website called Mary Finds. It featured video clips on the home's renovation and decor and she returned to Texas to start her own business under the same name. She focuses on restoring antiques and furnishing. A&E Television producer spotted her operating an antiques store and offered her the chance to appear on Texas Storage Wars. Three seasons were dedicated to the program. The show was recast for the fifth season Storage Wars because she had been gaining popularity. Storage Wars seasons 5-12 have been seen on and off on the reality program.
